We collect information you voluntarily provide through the preorder form, including:

• Your full name, email address, and phone number.
• Your business or organization name, if you choose to provide it.
• The products and quantities you request.
• Order notes, delivery questions, and other information you choose to submit.

We also create operational records associated with an order, such as a preorder reference, submission date, order status, discount, invoice, payment-status, and receipt information.

Our hosting provider may automatically process technical information such as an IP address, browser or device information, request time, and error or security logs when the site is accessed.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

• Receive, review, confirm, and fulfill preorder requests.
• Contact you about availability, pricing, packaging, shipping, delivery, and payment arrangements.
• Prepare and send invoices and receipts and maintain order records.
• Provide customer support, respond to questions, and correct order information.
• Protect the website and our customers, diagnose errors, and prevent misuse.
• Meet legal, accounting, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.

3. Payment information

This website does not collect or store credit-card numbers, bank-account numbers, Venmo credentials, Zelle credentials, or check-account details. Payment instructions are arranged directly after an order is confirmed. We may record an order's payment status and related invoice or receipt references.

4. When information is shared

We use service providers to operate the preorder workflow. They may process information only as needed to provide their services:

• Google Cloud for website hosting and Firestore order storage.
• Google Workspace and Google Sheets for the private order ledger and order administration.
• Twilio SendGrid for transactional invoice and receipt emails.
• Google Fonts to deliver the typefaces used by the website; a visitor's browser may send ordinary request information to Google when loading those fonts.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect customers, our services, or others. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Cookies, analytics, and tracking signals

We do not currently use advertising cookies, behavioral advertising, or third-party analytics on this website. We do not track visitors over time across unrelated third-party websites. Because the site does not engage in that cross-site tracking, browser "Do Not Track" signals do not change its current behavior. Other than the service providers described above, we do not knowingly permit third parties to collect personally identifiable information about visitors' online activities over time and across different websites through this site.

6. Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the preorder, provide customer service, maintain business and accounting records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary according to the record and applicable requirements.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and requests

You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information associated with your preorder by emailing bbam.bkc@gmail.com. Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant record. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and we may retain information when required for legal, accounting, security, or recordkeeping purposes.

8. Children's privacy

The website and preorder service are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate additional notice when required.
